- 30 years (interest only options available)
- Interest only limited to 65LTV on 5 year, 60% for 10 year term
- Minimum values $50K=Single Family, $40K/door Multifamily dwelling
- Minimum fico 660 w/o bankruptcies, foreclosures in last 3 years
- Pre-payment penalties 54 months on 5 year, 114 months on 10 year
- Non-recourse option Yes
- Non warrantable condo Yes
